The vast range of activities on and around the Moray Coast is staggering. Some activities are already covered briefly in the Local Area page.

Water based activities include dolphin watching trips, powerboating, surfing and sea fishing. 

Outdoor pursuits include archery, clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, walking, cycling, orienteering and birdwatching. The local Countryside Rangers regularly organise events along the Coast.

For those who strive for a less hectic break why not visit Elgin and take in the history, architecture and of course the shops including Johnstones of Elgin Woollen Mill.

To escape the madding crowd, a trip along the winding coastal roads will reveal picturesque fishing villages and their harbours.
